No person or organization shall be allowed use of the Auburn City Park and/or Buildings for an organized event without first entering into a rental agreement issued by the City of Auburn (subject to rental fees and deposits) under the following guidelines:
**DURING COVID-19 THE PROCEDURES & RULES FOR PARK RENTALS HAVE BEEN MODIFIED**
Rules for 2021
► City Hall will begin accepting reservation requests by mail or drop box for dates after June 1st. (Rental agreement and payment by check or money order are required for dates to be held).
► Rental Agreements can be found below and will be processed on a first come, first served basis.
► If your reservation must be canceled due to COVID restrictions a $25 application fee will be held from your refund. If your reservation is canceled for any other reason, including any other COVID related reasons, the standard cancelation policy will apply. (Refunds will only be given if your date is rebooked).

The City of Auburn is optimistic that rentals will be able to resume this summer, however all reservations will be subject to any and all COVID related orders and guidelines, and may be canceled at any time.
Rental Fees are due by cash or check at the time the reservation is booked. Dates will not be held for inquiries over the phone or by email. Rental Rates are as follow:

Auburn/Williams Township - $125.00
Out of District/Non Profits - $150.00

1/2 Pavilion (not including indoor spaces) - $75 / 4 hours
Full Pavilion (not including indoor spaces) - $400 / 4 hours
