Rental Fees

EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2011

A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $100.00 

WILL BE COLLECTED FOR EACH PARK RENTAL

AUBURN PARK RENTAL RULES & RATES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2010

NO PERSON OR ORGANIZATION SHALL BE ALLOWED TO USE OF THE AUBURN CITY PARK BUILDING WITHOUT FIRST ENTERING INTO A RENTAL AGREEMENT ISSUED BY THE CITY OF AUBURN (SUBJECT TO RENTAL FEES AND DEPOSITS) UNDER THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES:

January 1st through January 31st - AUBURN/WILLIAMS NONPROFIT GROUPS Exclusively have first rights to the Auburn City Park. No one else will be permitted to schedule a reservation during this period. For a fee of $100.00.

February 1st through March 31st - This period is open to AUBURN/WILLIAMS RESIDENTS ONLY on a first come, first serve basis. For a fee of $75.00

Beginning April 1st - Any resident from outside of Auburn/Williams is allowed to reserve the Auburn City Park . For any dates that are still available. For a fee of $100.00.

Corporate Rental Rates are $250.00.

Please call City Hall 989-662-6761 to inquire if the date you want is open or with any questions you may have. There are several dates available in the fall and winter months.

The pavilion building offers heat during the winter months a refrigerator, microwave, 9 round tables (seats 6 @ each), 100 chairs, 7 picnic tables and outside grills.

The parks second pavilion is not included in the pavilion/building rental fee. This pavilion is on a first come first serve basis and has 8 picnic tables.
